in a bowl, mix together 1/3 cup maple syrup and 1/3 cup creamy salted peanut butter (i used @georgiagrindersand you can use code healthfulradiance to save 20% on your order)! once a smooth mix forms, add cereal of choice (i used @onedegreeorganics chocolate brown rice crisps). i added 1/3 cup at a time and stirred thoroughly until most of the wet mixture was used up and well integrated (i was able to use about 1 cup cereal). drop mixture into balls on a parchment paper lined pan and place in freezer to set (about 2 hours). remove from freezer and melt some chocolate to dunk (i used 3 @thejoyalife joyalife chocolate bars and 1 tbsp coconut oil microwaved for 1 min). coat in chocolate and pop back in freezer to harden. eat right from freezer for best crunch!
