in a jar mix the following
– 1/3 cup chia seeds
– 2/3 cup @elmhurst1925 blueberry oat milk
– 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (i use @nuzest_usa, and you can shop using my discount code by going to my ‘discounts’ highlight and swiping up!)
– pinch of sea salt
whisk until well combined then store in the fridge to let thicken overnight. add more milk as needed in the morning if it’s too thick!
