Crunch Wraps

Full disclosure: I lived off of these for a couple months straight last year. They’re *so* simple. Here’s the how to:

Fill two tortillas (I use Siete Foods Almond Flour ones) with your fave fillings and fold in half.  Then pan fry in oil until crispy! For mine I use scrambled eggs, avocado, and black beans. The other has mashed sweet potato, vegan ricotta, and more eggs! Get creative with these! I’ve also done lentils and hummus and really enjoyed that combo as well.
