Vegan Edible Cookie Dough


to a food processor, add: – 1 can rinsed and drained white beans
– 1/3 cup salted creamy peanut butter
– 1/3 cup maple syrup
– 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour
– sea salt
– vanilla

blend until a thick, crumbly dough forms. stir through chocolate chips of choice, and…literally that’s it. store in the fridge!
