melt the following (everything except the oats) in a stovetop pot on medium heat until creamy. once wet combined, stir through the oats until well coated.
* 2 tablespoons coconut oil
* 1/3 cup nut butter (i used @georgiagrinders creamy pb here, code healthfulradiance saves you money)!
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 2 tbsp flax seeds
* pinch of sea salt
* pinch of cinnamon
* ¾ cup rolled oats
on a parchment paper lined plate, drop spoonfuls of the batter and shape into balls. freeze for a half hour to set and enjoy!
