Maple Caramel Almond Butter Cookie Dough Energy Bars

I never work out on an empty stomach. Since I’ve been going to the gym in the late morning these days, these make the perfect after breakfast/ before lunch snack!

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • sprinkle of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 1/2 cup @georgiagrinders maple almond butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • cacao nibs

add all ingredients (minus cacao nibs) to a food processor and blend until a thick dough forms. mix in cacao nibs and press dough into a greased brownie pan. cover with plastic wrap and let set in fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
