Sweet and Salty Magic Bars

These live up to their name. I promise.

1 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup olive oil
splash of vanilla

mix this using a hand mixer until smooth, then add
2 cups paleo flour (you can use almond)

mix all together. if batter is too thick add up to two tablespoons of dairy-free milk and mix. then fold in

pretzels, chocolate chunks, walnuts

once well-combined, pour batter into a parchment paper lined brownie pan and top with more mix-ins. bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes!
