No-Bake Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Energy Bites:
What you’ll need:
•1 cup oat flour
•3/4 cup peanut butter
•1/4 cup maple syrup
•3 tablespoons chia seeds
•A splash of vanilla extract
•A splash of almond milk to thin
Blend everything together until a sticky texture forms that holds together well. Mix in chocolate chips by hand and roll into balls. Store in fridge (about 5 days) or freezer!
