These are my fave pre-workout snack. They fueled my workouts this entire summer, but they also make great “just because I’m hungry” snacks too. So versatile :’)
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1/2 cup oat flour
– 1/4 cup coconut flour
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 1 mashed banana
– sea salt
– cinnamon
– vanilla extract
blend everything in a food processed and roll into balls. if the batter is too runny add more coconut flour until the dough is sticky and thick. rolled in three different toppings (crushed walnuts, maca powder, cinnamon) and left some plain!
